Thaddeus R. Alvizo

THADDEUS R. ALVIZO was elected as an independent director of the Company in July 2026. He is a former partner of Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law Offices. He retired from Sycip Law after 34 years of distinguished and dedicated legal practice in the fields of litigation, labor, corporate, special projects, and immigration services. In recent years, he has served as Director of the University of the Philippines (“UP”) Alumni Association from 2018 to present, UPAA Foundation, Inc. from 2025 to present, and AmCham Visayas Chapter from 2021 to 2022, and as member of AmCham Visayas Foundation from 2022 to present.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the UP College Cebu in 1984 (cum laude), obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the UP School of Economics in 1985, and finished his Bachelor of Laws at the UP College of Law in 1989 (7th Place, 1989 Bar Exams).
